Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At ShreeRoop, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best products at the best prices, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our exchange and return policy below:

1. Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe for Exchange: You must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any exchange requests made after 4 days from the receipt of the product will not be eligible for consideration.

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at shreeroopsurat@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will only consider exchange requests that are submitted within this time frame.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will offer an exchange. To process the exchange, you must provide a pre-opening video of the product within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If you fail to provide the required video, we will not be able to process your claim.

  • Exchange Eligibility: Only one exchange per order is allowed. The exchanged product must be of equal value or, if you choose a product of lesser value, we will refund the difference. Conversely, if you choose a higher-value product, you will need to pay the difference.

  • Condition of Products: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items returned without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping or courier charges incurred when returning or exchanging a product. Please send your exchange item to the following address:

  • Designer Section: No return, exchange, or refund policy is applicable to products from our designer section.

  • Sale Items & Discount Codes: Products purchased during a sale or using any coupon, discount code, or special offer are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

2. Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Sarees with fall and edging cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products bought from the sale section or using any discount codes/offers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • International orders (shipped outside India) are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

  • No Returns: We do not offer returns for any product. Our policy strictly allows for exchanges only under the conditions outlined above.

  • Quality Check: Once we receive the returned or exchanged item, it will undergo a quality check. We will only process the exchange once we verify the condition of the product.

4. Important Notes

  • Model Images Disclaimer: Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, fabric, and design may occur due to lighting or photography conditions.

  • Accessories Disclaimer: Decoration materials like tassels, purses, jewelry, and other accessories shown in product images are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes between the parties will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, and are subject to Surat jurisdiction.
